Returns and Exchanges

You may return any Muleos products in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund credited back to your credit card. Your packing slip includes a simple return form and return shipping label.

Cut out the return form, fill it out and include it in an envelope with the items you are returning. Be sure to include the reason you are returning them. We always want to know how we can improve.

Then tape or glue the return label to the outside of the envelope. If you have misplaced your packing slip, you may include a handwritten note. Simply write on a blank piece of paper your full name, e-mail address, and the name of the item(s) you're returning. You are responsible for paying the return postage (sorry, but at least Muleos are lightweight). Mail your returns to:

If you would like to exchange your Muleos for a different style, the quickest way would be to simply return the first order, and complete a new order online.

Order Status

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation, and also a confirmation when the order ships. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, so there is no individual tracking available except delivery confirmation. If you have any other questions about your order, call 1-877-572-1809.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I wear Muleos with flats?
Absolutely! Muleos look great with thong style sandals and low slides. In fact check out the photo for Carmela and you’ll see what we mean. Muleos work best when your shoe has a raised heel – even if it’s a very low one.

Can I wear Muleos with wedges?
It depends on the style of the wedge. Just remember that Muleos work best when your shoe has a raised heel, or an indentation between the heel and instep. So if the soles of your wedgies are completely flat, we wouldn’t recommend using Muleos.

How do I shorten the strap?
First try on your Muleos with the shoes you want to wear, and pull the strap through the buckle until you’re happy with the fit. Just use scissors to cut off the excess – leave about an inch of excess.

How do I make more holes in the strap?
First try on your Muleos with the shoes you want to wear, and pull the strap through the buckle until you’re happy with the fit. Make a mark on the underside of the strap with a pen, or poke it with a pin where you’d like the holes to be. You can take Muleos to your shoe repair to have the holes punched, or you can do what we did and dig around in the kitchen drawer for a turkey skewer. Poke the turkey skewer into the strap where you’ve made your marks, and move it forwards and back until the hole is formed.

Should I cross the tie once or twice around my ankle?
That all depends on your style preference and the size of your ankle! If you’re only going around once, tie the bow in the back or on the side. If you’re going around twice, tie the bow in front or on the side. You can adjust the size of the loops - smaller loops mean more dangle. Bigger loops mean you dangle less.
